The Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing marketing strategies necessary to support corporate sales objectives and annual goals. Together with direct reports (communications coordinator, merchandising coordinator and literature administrator) this position plans, develops and executes all corporate marketing activities including advertising, public relations, promotions, website maintenance, product launches and all other marketing communications and events. Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Website development and all forms of electronic marketing. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Grote global website. Must work with foreign divisions to create and maintain relevancy and consistency.
Develop and establish company marketing communications strategy. Responsible for consistent marketing messages, images, themes and collateral. Provide leadership and coordination of these throughout our markets to ensure worldwide consistency.
Responsible for overall management of the Grote brand and its development worldwide. Establishes policies and procedures for use.
Develop new product launch strategies and processes including, determining marketing budget, packaging, advertising, pr, sales tools, and training materials. Works closely with Business Development Managers to implement corporate marketing strategy into product line business plans.
Works closely with the sales department and business development managers in the development of marketing strategy to support overall corporate strategy.
Plan and implement the annual marketing budget to support strategies.
Conducts end-user market research and evaluation of new product needs in conjunction with Business Development Managers.
Develop and distribute press releases, articles, case studies, white papers and other media coverage for the company, products and customers.
Work with sales organization in the planning of programs, promotions, and events that will generate sales leads on new and current products. Obtain and provide feedback on the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
Responsible for the effective management and direction of all purchased services including advertising, pr, printing, web development etc.
Continually analyze effectiveness of the corporate website, making recommendations as necessary to enhance the promotion of the company, its products and services, and growth of its business.
Responsible for development, implementation and management of company's trade show strategy and presence.
Responsible for the development of companies product packaging strategy and its implementation. This includes consistent graphical development across all package types.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications. MBA preferred. A demonstrated history of driving growth through business-to-business marketing efforts. Clear evidence of superior strategic and analytic skills. Strong creative writing and editing abilities. Technical proficiency. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. A high degree of ethics, professionalism, and polish. A strong communicator able to work at all levels within and outside the company. Experience in website management and development. Electronic marketing background. Willingness to be hands-on. Creative and innovative cognitive abilities. Travel: Less than 10%


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
