00 pm ______________________________________________________________________________ Position Description Position Summary The Human Resources/Safety Administrator (Bilingual) is responsible for ensuring that all employee documentation is completed on time, all employees follow company policies, scheduling interviews/onboarding, overseeing time and attendance, and maintaining employee and safety records.
Responsibilities Assists with administering compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training Assist in conducting EHS training and HR-related training Works and coordinates with HR Manager to schedule interviews and onboarding Works and coordinates with HR Manager on payroll processes Administer safety programs as assigned Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs Works with HR Manager to maintain accurate HR records Works with HR Manager to maintain accurate safety records Conduct weekly safety inspections of all crews, fields, and machinery to ensure proactive measures against safety risks (e.
g.
, Lockout/Tag Out, Field/Machinery Safety Checklists, etc.
) Administers employee uniform program including issuance and invoicing Assists with badge issuance and maintaining the badge system Updates all HR communication boards with new and relevant information Ensure all legal postings are accessible and posted according to legislative compliance Conducting or helping with new employee orientation Create, improve, and monitor new hire packets to ensure compliance Performs other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Professional Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) High school diploma or GED equivalent is required an associate degree preferred At least two years of relevant experience is required Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.
g.
, ADP Workforce Now) a plus Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, codes, and/or statutes including OSHA Required Skills/Abilities Must be able to learn PPE stock system, badging system, and ADP Workforce Now Strong problem solver with an eye for detail and an analytical mind Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality with internal and external customers and vendors Capable and willing to work accurately, efficiently, and productively for performance results Work Environment Office/ Manufacturing Physical Demands This job requires the ability to sit, stand, lift, and/or move up to 25 pounds from time to time.
