This position is responsible for management of the daily operations of the concrete facility and associated staff.

The primary responsibilityof the Concrete Plant Manager is to ensure the safety of the employees, customers and public at large within the facility and assigned operational areas.
Effective safety oversight will include following, advancing and enforcing all environmental and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities of this position includebut are not limited to, management of material inventories, servicing of the local customer base, assurance of product quality, perform basic facility maintenance and effectively show leadership of delivery and plant employees.
Requirements include:
Ability and willingness to learn.
Minimum of (2) years operation related experience and minimum of (1) year supervisory or management experience.
High School diploma, or G.
E.
D is required.
Strong and effective communicator with ability to support management of implementing and adapting to change.
Computer skills in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
